Cancellation Policy: All Cancellations Must Be At Least 24 Hours From Your Party Date for a Full Refund.

Rainout Policy: If you do not cancel your reservation within 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount, regardless of the weather. If you rent for multiple days, the additional days can receive a discounted rate. The setup day will still be charged the full amount. Please work with your party planner for details.

Once equipment is dropped off, you are responsible to the following rules. Must agree and electronically sign at the bottom of this document before rental.

Party Rental Equipment Contract

This Party Rental Equipment Contract ("Contract") is entered into by and between Bouncing’ Back Party Rentals ("Rental Provider") and the individual or entity renting the equipment ("Renter") as identified below. Rental Provider and Renter collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Rental Provider agrees to rent the equipment to Renter for the purpose of a party or event

• Safety Rules & Operating Instructions
• Renter acknowledges and agrees to abide by the following safety rules and operating instructions for the rental equipment:

a) Insure that all safety rules and operating instructions posted on the front of the inflatable are followed.

b) A trained operator(s) must be on duty at all times. Operator must use a whistle or other audible signal device.

c) In case of high winds or storms, have all persons exit the inflatable and then unplug the unit and let it deflate.

d) Remove all sharp or pointed objects from pockets.

e) No Silly String is to come in contact with the inside or outside of the unit.

f) No food, drinks, or gum chewing allowed.

g) Remove shoes, eyeglasses, and jewelry.

h) No flips, somersaults, rough play, piling on, or wrestling.

i) Do not bounce against sides or near the front entrance way. Do not bounce into corner posts.

j) Do not climb on side walls or nets.

k) Keep a safe distance between kids bouncing in the inflatable.

l) No jumping or sitting on the entrance ramp.

m) No jumping off of the top of the slide.

n) Only allow similar sized riders in the inflatable at once.

o) Follow the maximum number of riders guidelines as posted on the inflatable.

p) Follow the maximum weight limit as posted on the inflatable.

q) Do not let the inflatable rub up against any surface.

r) Do not move the bounce from the location where set up.

s) Individuals with head, neck or back injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, small infants, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps, or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at ANY time.

t) Water hoses or water must not be used in the inflatable unless specifically manufactured for use with water.

u) Splash pools for water slides must be drained if the ride will be left unattended unless the area is fenced in and the gate is locked.

v) Splash pools must be filled with potable water and drained and refreshed every 4 hours of use.

w) If the inflatable starts to deflate, have all riders exit immediately and then check for one of the following conditions:

A) The blower motor has stopped; in which case check the power cord connection at the outlet to make sure that it has not been unplugged. If not, check to make sure a circuit breaker was not tripped.

B) If the blower motor continues to run, check for blockage of the air intake screen on the side of the blower unit. Also, check all air tubes on the back of the inflatable for snugness and tighten ties if necessary.

C) If either of these steps corrects the problem, fully re-inflate the unit prior to permitting anyone to use it.

Renter acknowledges that failure to comply with these safety rules and operating instructions may result in injury or damage and may void any liability protection provided by Rental Provider.

• Rental Fee and Security Deposit
• Renter agrees to pay the rental fee as specified by Rental Provider. In addition, Renter shall provide a security deposit in the amount specified by Rental Provider. The security deposit will be refunded to Renter within [number of days] days after the equipment is returned in satisfactory condition, minus any deductions for damages, late fees, or additional charges incurred during the rental period.
• Liability and Indemnification
• Renter acknowledges and agrees that the use of the rental equipment involves inherent risks. Renter assumes full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the rental period, regardless of fault. Renter agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Rental Provider, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the rental and use of the equipment.
• Insurance
• Renter shall maintain adequate liability insurance coverage to protect against any claims arising from the use of the rental equipment. Renter agrees to provide Rental Provider with a certificate of insurance upon request.
• Equipment Condition and Return
• Renter agrees to return the rental equipment to Rental Provider in the same condition as it was received, subject to normal wear and tear. Renter shall be responsible for any damages, repairs, or replacement costs resulting from negligence, misuse, or abuse of the equipment during the rental period.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lake County, Florida.
• Entire Agreement
• This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the rental of the equipment and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written. Any modifications to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Party Rental Equipment Contract as of the date first written above.
